How can we help?

MST Cancellation Policy

The Trip Coordinator reserves the right to cancel any Trip at any time for any reason if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the Trip or the safety of the Travelers is judged to be compromised. In such a case, the refund of payments received by the Trip Coordinator shall constitute full settlement. The Trip Coordinator cannot assume responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of non-refundable or non-transferable expenses.

If a Traveler must cancel their Trip at any time for any reason, the following cancellation fees will apply:

31 - 60 days to departure, 50% of Trip Price
0 - 30 days to departure, 100% of Trip Price

What if my skiing isn't the same as the group?

Never worry about fitting into the right group, that's where we come in. We will make sure you are with similar ability levels and terrain interest. Feedback is personalized to each person so even if there are different skills being worked on, your experience will be tailored to you. If we have to switch groups at lunch we will, to make sure you have a great day!

Where do we meet at Blue Mountain?

We meet at the Inn, Base #3 where there is plenty of parking and area in the lodge to put boots on. Sandy is always there bright and early with his Redbull, but you can join him for a coffee!

How do I get lifts tickets for Craigleith?

If you are participating in Results Training when we are at Craigleith, it is important that we know so we can have your name on the list at Guest Services. When you check in, give them your name and they will sell you a lift ticket so you can enjoy the great terrain a private club has to offer.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

During our destination camps we have food included. Each of the food service or chefs we work with are able to customize your meal plan to meet your dietary needs. When booking your MST Trip we will ask you what you need to make sure you have the best experience.

Why are flights not included?

Booking your travel is very personal and many of our guests have different travel
requirements. From different departure cities, use of loyalty rewards and choice
of cabin class, we find it best to leave this up to you. If you need advice on flight
options we are happy to help you with information.

Can I rent skis at all destinations?

Some of our guests prefer not to travel with their skis and most of the
destinations we visit offer plenty of rental options. We do highly recommend that
you bring your own ski boots. Please talk to our team when booking to ensure
the destination you are travelling to will have the right gear to ensure you are set
up for success.
